The Junior Revenue Accountant Intern at Discovery Central Services, within the Vitality Global division, plays a pivotal role in supporting the revenue accounting function. This position is designed to enhance financial operations through accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, and reporting. The intern will contribute to month-end processes, budgeting, and audit support, while also engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive process improvements. Responsibilities

• Manage month-end revenue-related activities and prepare journal entries
• Perform invoicing processes on SAP accurately and on time
• Compile and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and revenue variance analysis
• Support internal and external audit processes with required documentation
• Help with improvements and automation

Qualifications

• BCom in Accounting/Finance
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
