Hilton is seeking a dedicated Stewarding Team Member to join the team at Hampton by Hilton Sandton Grayston. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and back-of-house areas, operating dishwashing equipment, and ensuring a safe and organized working environment that supports excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate pot-washing and dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned work areas
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and floors
• Dispose of waste correctly, prioritizing recycling

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently or in a team
• Previous kitchen porter or stewarding experience is advantageous
