• Lead, support, and motivate a team of collections agents to achieve high performance
• Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Manage training and upskilling initiatives for agents
• Allocate resources and manage workloads to optimize productivity
• Analyze data and metrics to improve recovery rates and minimize customer churn
• Oversee professional and compliant communication with customers
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
• Collaborate with internal departments to support collection efforts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in collections team leading or a similar role
