The Credit Risk Internship at Pepkor Payments and Lending (PPL) in Cape Town offers graduates a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and credit risk analytics. Interns will work closely with the Data & Analytics and Credit Risk teams to uncover business trends, build strategic dashboards, and develop predictive models that influence operational and credit performance. Responsibilities

• Analyse data to identify business trends and risk patterns
• Build reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions
• Develop and apply predictive models to improve business insights
• Gain exposure to BI, credit analytics, and data science processes
• Present insights that influence operational and credit performance

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in BCom Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent analytical qualification
• B-Degree in Data Science
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous
