The Investment Service Consultant role at Allan Gray is a permanent opportunity tailored for recent graduates with less than two years of work experience. Based in Cape Town, this position places you at the heart of Allan Gray’s Client Service Centre, where you’ll engage with investors and independent financial advisers to deliver world-class service. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to investors, potential investors and independent financial advisers via inbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
• Build trust and confidence by explaining Allan Gray’s investment philosophy and long-term approach
• Educate clients by sharing product and fund knowledge to empower informed investment decisions
• Take end-to-end ownership of transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Contribute to continuous improvement by offering solutions to client problems

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Science, specialising in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Business Management
