Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing queries or complaints
• Perform cashier duties including processing payments, Lay Bys, refunds, and balancing tills
• Ensure stock is correctly priced, displayed, and available on the sales floor while maintaining housekeeping standards
• Monitor risk by tagging products, participating in stock takes, and reporting suspicious activity
• Uphold Ackermans values, policies, and procedures in all work activities

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluent communication in English; additional languages are beneficial
• Tenacity and high energy levels
• Strong motivation and target-driven mindset
• Previous retail experience is advantageous
