Moyo Business Advisory is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Business and System Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, improving, and implementing systems to meet business needs. This position involves gathering and defining requirements, supporting system testing, and ensuring that business and technical solutions align with organizational goals. Digital Banking experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and document system requirements
  • Liaise with users to gather additional requirements and new features
  • Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
  • Collaborate with developers and IT teams to design and implement new systems
  • Validate system changes through testing and user training
  • Provide ongoing support and ensure deadlines and budgets are met

Qualifications

  • Tertiary degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant field (Information Technology, Engineering, or Project Management)
  • 4+ years’ experience as a Business or System Analyst
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation and testing
  • Ability to read SQL queries and create basic process documentation
  • Exposure to project management or team leadership roles
