Our client, a reputable organisation based in Centurion, is urgently seeking a Junior Test Analyst to join their dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of software testing experience and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Responsibilities

• Analyse business and system requirements to understand testing needs
• Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Identify, report, and track defects or software bugs
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve system issues
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Verify that all system enhancements and bug fixes meet defined quality standards
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, test results, and status reports
• Participate in software release cycles, sprint reviews, and quality reviews
• Ensure that all testing activities comply with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Support the testing team by performing ad-hoc testing when required

Qualifications

• Grade 12
