Description

To ensure the high quality of product releases by identifying critical risks, providing quality support to the Product team, and maintaining all current product operations. The role involves defining quality measures, analyzing product performance, developing solutions for online developments and bugs, and leading product testing before releases to the live environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify critical quality risks and communicate them effectively
• Provide quality support for the Product team to ensure high-quality releases
• Maintain product operations by identifying shortfalls and introducing new solutions
• Define measures to ensure product quality and analyze product performance
• Develop solutions in the form of business request documents for online developments and bugs
• Create and execute test cases, review and approve test results, and track test metrics
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify innovations
• Project lead product testing before releasing to the live environment
• Identify and eliminate factors within the platforms that may pose a risk to the business
• Contribute to user manuals for system applications and perform any other ad hoc duties

Qualifications

• Education: Matric (Grade 12) is essential; A Degree or Diploma is required
• Licenses: A valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Experience: Experience in Quality Assurance Testing is advantageous
• Industry Knowledge: Betting knowledge is advantageous
• Required Skills: Communication, Reporting, and Strategic Thinking
