Description

A 12-month fixed-term contract role to facilitate, assess, and moderate learners in the Technical Training Centre (Motorised Division). The purpose is to enable the production of high-quality vehicles by fulfilling technical training requirements and meeting company and TETA (Transport Education Training Authority) objectives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation, assessment, and moderation of learners as per unit standards
• Identification of Toyota and TETA training needs
• Development and evaluation of training curriculum and modules

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4
• AMIC in Production essential
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a technical training environment, preferably within the motorised or automotive sector
• TETA Accreditation
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Essential Certificates:
• Registered Facilitator
• Registered Assessor
• Registered Moderator
