EThekwini Municipality is offering a three-year Artisan Development Programme in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration for unemployed youth. Applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria, including educational qualifications (N2, Grade 12, or N6), South African citizenship, and an age range of 18-30 years. Responsibilities

• Undergo various assessments
• Complete an apprenticeship programme as per the specified and regulated criteria of the applicable Seta/QCTO and the National Artisan Moderating Body
• Undergo a formal trade test to qualify as an Artisan in the relevant trade

Qualifications

• N2 certificate including the relevant trade theory subject
• Technical/Grade 12 with Maths and Physical Science/ Engineering science and related trade theory subject
• Relevant N6 certificate or National Technical diploma
