Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret customer insights to identify improvement opportunities in client solutions
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Support the product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on performance outcomes
• Assist in identifying and managing risks related to solution development and deployment
• Provide technical input to support data-driven decision-making within the Personal and Private Banking segment

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: First Degree
