Description

The FEM Bursary Programme 2026 supports South African students from disadvantaged backgrounds studying full-time in the Faculties of Engineering, Built Environment, or Health Sciences at public universities. Applicants must have completed their first year, possess a strong academic record, and come from households earning less than R360 000 per year. The bursary covers tuition, prescribed textbooks, a monthly stipend, and may include accommodation and meals. Applicants must submit proof of income, certified IDs, academic records, and relevant affidavits by 15 November 2025. FEM aims to empower youth through education and build future leaders for a better tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Study towards Faculty of Engineering & the Built Environment​ and the Faculty of Health Sciences
  • Perform well academically
  • Students should be in good financial standing with the university

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Study under Health Sciences and Engineering Faculty
