To lead the Concentrator team to safely and efficiently optimise process stability and recovery to meet production targets, with legal accountability under the MHSA. The role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible safety leadership and manage Concentrator operations to meet production objectives
• Create, mentor, and motivate effective operational, maintenance, and technical teams
• Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and safety standards

Qualifications

• A qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgy
• A completed management development programme
• At least 10 years of relevant post-graduate experience
• A valid Driver's licence
