A role for a highly talented Analytics Engineer to join the TFS team, focusing on designing and implementing tools to create visibility, reduce risk, and improve productivity in e-commerce logistics operations. The position involves writing clean code, developing APIs, automating processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Development: Design, develop, and implement tools to improve operational visibility and productivity using Python
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to design software solutions and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams (DevOps, Data Engineering, etc)
• API & Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party libraries and APIs
• Automation: Automate reporting processes using scripting languages and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Optimization: Optimize application performance and database queries
• Documentation: Create technical documentation, user guides (SOPs), and documentation for APIs

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, BTech, or Advanced Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Experience (with a degree): 3+ years in a software/technology environment
• Experience (without a degree): 6+ years in a software/technology environment
• Technical Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of database knowledge and experience writing complex SQL queries
• Minimum 2 years of experience building end-to-end applications using Python
• Experience with system monitoring and alerting systems
• Experience designing and developing reports
• Advantageous: Understanding of e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments; Linux server and networking experience
