Description

A senior role responsible for leading the planning and management of the company's Social Impact Standard, overseeing social and human impact risk assessments, developing strategic social priorities, and ensuring compliance and reporting for ESG and other social performance audits.

Responsibilities

  • Key duties include managing data on company systems and overseeing the Social Impact Standard and SHIRA process

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification: Relevant Graduate degree, Post graduate degree desired
  • A valid EB/Code 08 driver’s license
  • Experience :
  • Risk management techniques and critical controls
  • In interfacing and influencing colleagues and Senior Management
  • In facilitating multi-stakeholder engagement sessions
  • In planning and implementing SED projects
  • In stakeholder engagement and ability to win the support and confidence of stakeholders and beneficiaries
  • In compiling reports and presentation
  • Identifying new methods to ensure productive and safe work and achieve plans
  • Identifying, analyse and maintain relationships (internal and external) Conduct baseline studies and socio-economic impact assessments
  • Overseeing the implementation and management of the grievance mechanism
  • Overseeing the application social risks management (SHIRA)
  • Facilitating and the implementation of local employment, enterprise and supplier (ESD) development strategy
