Amazon is looking for ambitious, analytical, and customer-obsessed students to join the 2026 Operations Internship Programme. As part of Amazon Operations, you will gain hands-on experience inside the company’s fulfilment network, including Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations. This educational internship prepares future managers to understand how Amazon leads, motivates, and develops high-performing operational teams to deliver world-class service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into operational data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
• Map operational processes, analyse workflows, and document challenges
• Propose, test, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service levels
• Work closely with Operations Managers, Process Assistants, Tech teams, and frontline Associates
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across fulfilment and logistics
• Contribute to creating safer, more productive, and customer-focused operations

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating in 2026, or be a recent graduate (within the last 6 months)
