Description

As an experienced Business Analyst, you'll have proven success within an agile software development environment. Within integrations, our core areas of responsibility are Compliance & Fiscalisation, Payments, Data Import/Export & Reports, ERP, and APIs. Any prior exposure to these areas is a highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from project stakeholders including internal Vista staff and external customers
• Analyse customer and business requirements and translate those into a software design that fits within the existing Vista framework
• Generate business requirements documents for review and approval
• Schedule and chair meetings to discuss and present the requirements of the solution
• Deliver informative, well-organized presentations, and clearly articulating ideas and thoughts
• Ensure that stakeholders across the business are on board with the proposed design

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within the software industry
• Understanding of concepts around Agile SDLC, technical systems and specification writing
• Good understanding of Business Analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to generate effective requirements, and own feature development to delivery
• Experience working within Integrations a plus
• Ability to develop and maintain good professional working relationships with people at all levels across the company
• Professional Business Analyst qualifications welcomed
