To extract data from various sources, understand business requirements and analyse data in order to provide relevant insights for business decisioning, under guidance and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (eg, Power BI, Tableau)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Monitor data quality and integrity across systems and reports

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
