The Systems Analyst is responsible for driving quality, compliance, and food safety systems across the Isando site. The role ensures the effective implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Tiger Brands’ core standards, PRPs, HACCP systems, and certification requirements. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiencies within a high-performing FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Tiger Brands Core Standards across the manufacturing plant
• Implement, monitor, and maintain Pre-Requisite Programmes (PRPs) to support food safety systems
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HACCP programmes
• Maintain robust document control processes to ensure accuracy, version control, and audit readiness
• Oversee proper record-keeping practices aligned to food safety and quality standards
• Manage non-conformances: logging, investigation, root cause analysis, and closure
• Drive Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) to address systemic issues
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring findings are addressed promptly
• Analyse audit findings to identify trends and recommend Continuous Improvement (CI) interventions

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in:
• Food Technology
• Quality Management
• Food Science
• Biotechnology
• Chemical Engineering
• Or related field
