Assist with repairs and maintenance on press machinery to ensure customer and Company quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and maintenance on press machinery to ensure customer and company quality standards are met
• Assist with and do preventative maintenance as per maintenance schedule and According to job cards and relevant works instruction
• Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data and forward to the Team Leader
• Ensure that company procedures, works instructions and quality systems are adhered to at all times
• Participate actively in the departmental mini-business as per company requirement
• Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHEQ procedures and works Instructions

Qualifications

• NQF 4/Matric
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Fitter assistant within an automotive environment
• Artisan trade would be added advantage
