Responsibilities

• Lead creation of BRDs and complex process flows; review and guide others’ documentation
• Accurately document user stories on Azure DevOps for development teams
• Produce and manage written requirements specifications
• Work closely with development teams to conceptualise and design solutions
• Ensure smooth transition of solutions into production, supporting change-management

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience as a Systems Business Analyst or Solution Designer
• Proven experience and/or qualification in UX/UI design
• Basic proficiency in SQL and data analysis is required
• Proven expertise in designing scalable, complex system solutions
• Experience in designing wireframes and/or prototypes
