The programme provides a non-linear career journey with access to FDM’s Skills Lab, enabling continuous upskilling and certifications while preparing you for roles such as Software Engineer, Tester, DevOps Engineer, Analyst, and Cloud Platform Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software engineering projects across various industries and specialisms
• Collaborate with clients to co-develop architecture and software solutions
• Apply agile methodologies throughout the application lifecycle
• Utilise diverse programming languages and industry best practices
• Engage in roles such as Software Engineer, Tester, DevOps Engineer, Analyst, and Cloud Platform Engineer
• Participate in continuous learning and upskilling through FDM’s Skills Lab
• Support technology transformation projects with leading vendors like Microsoft and AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with a minimum overall grade of 60%
• Eligibility to work in South Africa
• English proficiency at level B2 or higher
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team
• Demonstrable interest and desire to pursue a career in technology
• Commitment to at least two years of employment with FDM
• Flexibility to accept client assignments across South Africa
