Develop and manage effective systems to determine impact evaluation, measuring and reporting on long term objectives
Enable the monitoring and reporting of all research activities
Compare operational performance with principles, theory and policy, identify problems and provide solutions
Contribute to optimal performance assessment, accountability, monitoring and evaluation in the Municipality through legislative prescribed reporting
Oversee and ensure transactional SDBIP monitoring and evaluation in order to determine achievement of set goals and objectives
Qualifications
Post Degree inequivalent qualification especially in the following fields: public policy, monitoring and evaluation, futures studies, auditing, development studies, business or public management, social policy research etc
5 - 8 years’ Designing and executing evaluation projects, research, strategic development or Organizational performance monitoring and reporting Any data collection, collation and analysis exposure
Proven ability to management organizational performance
Knowledge of performance, monitoring and evaluation processes and systems
