Develops, designs and contributes Strategic Capability and provides high Leadership in the Office of the Executive Mayor and Council by
Advising and briefing the DH: Executive Support Mayor, on all matters pertaining to the empowerment of women and gender equality; to ensure effective performance of the political role in the Executive Arm of Council by acting as a catalyst for Affirmative Action with respect to gender equality
Overseeing institutional capacity building amongst women leaders to ensure the ongoing implementation plan of IDP and performance against service deliver
Implement risk management, governance and compliance policy in own practice area to identify and manage governance and risk exposure liability
Developing, drive and oversee budget implementation
Provide input, monitor and control budget in line with the MFMA and proper audit and financial accounting of the City
