The role includes welcoming visitors, handling calls and emails, maintaining office supplies, supporting customer engagement, and assisting with website updates and social media posts. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a polished, customer-focused approach are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors professionally
  • Manage switchboard and direct calls accurately
  • Take and relay clear messages promptly
  • Manage stationery, refreshments, and general office supplies
  • Oversee cleaning staff and ensure office cleanliness
  • Assist with internal communication (birthdays, announcements, events)

Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Full computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Experience in office administration (advantageous)
