Description

To develop and to ensure availability of qualified skilled workers based on industry requirements and pipeline development for the business. Included in the role is to assist Artisans with Welding and Mechanical Fitting activities on site with focus on continuous learning .

Responsibilities

• Assist Artisans with site activities and breakdowns in the field
• Contribute to the successful implementation of a good safety culture
• Carry out any reasonable instructions from Supervision
• Continuous learning

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics & Science MUST BE ABOVE 50% PASS
• Completed N3-N6 (Pure maths, not maths literacy)
• Science and Technical drawing from a recognised and accredited Technical College/Technical High School
• Drivers License essential - min code 08 An aptitude for Engineering trade/work as a Welder or Mechanical Fitter
• Must reside in the Vaal Triangle
• Strong verbal and written skills
