Description

The Payroll Admin Clerk will be responsible for accurately capturing overtime, earnings, deductions, and processing debit orders, while supporting overall payroll operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will hold a BCom Financial Degree, have at least two years’ experience using Sage People, be proficient in MS Excel, and have working knowledge of Business Central as an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and process overtime, earnings, and deductions accurately
  • Process employee debit orders and other payroll-related transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
  • Ensure payroll is processed in line with company policies and deadlines
  • Assist with payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Support monthly payroll reporting and audits

Qualifications

  • BCom Financial Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience using Sage People
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience with Business Central (BC) will be an advantage
