Responsibilities
- Handle inbound interactions
- Handle back-office activities
- Handle multi-media and outbound activities
- Provide and improve general customer services
- Support marketing, sales and customer service processes
- Perform vending, prepaid and easy pay activities
Qualifications
- National Diploma/National N Diploma in Business in Finance/ Marketing
- Commerce/Social Sciences/Business Management at NQF6 with 240 credits
