Description

A senior business analyst role to serve as the in-house Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Mobile Apps and e-Commerce within a global ERP environment. The focus is on designing solutions for trade and e-commerce operations, such as purchase orders, warehouse management, and delivery, and ensuring seamless integration between mobile apps and Klipboard's product suite. The role bridges stakeholder needs with product development to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• SME & Strategy: Act as the expert on Mobile Apps and e-Commerce, understanding current offerings and driving strategic enhancements
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to translate customer requirements into product features
• Documentation: Develop precise functional and technical requirement specifications
• Solution Design: Partner with teams to validate designs for complex trade and e-commerce needs
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT activities, designing scenarios for end-to-end lifecycle validation

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field; Advanced e-commerce/trade qualifications are advantageous
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a business analysis role with significant experience in trade and e-commerce processes; ERP system experience is highly desirable
• Certifications: Business Analysis certifications (eg, CBAP, PMI-PBA) and e-commerce/trade management certifications are advantageous
• Skills & Competencies:
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence
• Experience in Agile environments and iterative development
• Skilled in process modelling and mapping end-to-end workflows
