Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and administrative support functions
• Prepare and manage reports with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to People & Culture initiatives
• Work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines
• Support recruitment processes by organizing data, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth operations

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration
• Experience in office support or administrative work such as data entry, information collection, and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
