Junior Business Analyst

Description

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, playing a role in driving project success and delivering tangible business value. You will leverage your analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization (internal and external), ensuring a seamless integration of IT initiatives with business objectives. You will be responsible for developing the Business requirements specifications and other associated documents as per the project management methodology. You will need to perform testing of solutions and work with 3rd party vendors to develop and maintain the solution. You will be expected to perform project management activities and provide quality control of work done.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business process analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, cost optimization, and automation
• Partner with key stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine complex business requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable technical specifications for development teams
• Manage and deliver projects that are assigned to you timeously and according to requirements Manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Knowledge/Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in business analysis
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering optimal solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within the organization
• Experience working within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology
• Proficiency in business process modelling methodologies (e
