Are you a current student already studying or accepted into a tertiary programme and looking for financial assistance to fund your studies from 2026? We’ve got you covered! Apply now for a Tharisa Bursary.The bursary will cover full tuition fees, accommodation, books, and monthly allowance as from the 1st Semester of 2026. The bursary recipients will be required to part-take in vacation work at mine, at the end of every year. After graduation, bursary recipients will be required to become our graduate interns for at least one year with the company.

Responsibilities

• Only South African Citizens may apply
• Preference will be given to applicants from local community/labour sending areas
• Students that are currently benefiting from or have been awarded any sponsorship or bursary schemes will not be considered
• Final selection will include consideration of your National Senior Certificate results with a pass rate of 60% in Mathematics & Physical Science as well as proof of registration/institution acceptance letter
• Attach all your documents in the avaialble fields on the application page (eg CV to be uploaded in the "CV" field and other required supporting documents can be uploaded in the "Qualifications and Payslip field")
