Eduvos is seeking to appoint a Student Affairs Advisor on a permanent basis at the Midrand campus. The purpose of the role is to build and maintain excellent student relationships while providing comprehensive support throughout the student journey from enrolment to graduation. The role contributes directly to student satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end enrolment and onboarding processes
• Manage handovers from new business
• Provide induction and orientation support (including system access)
• Handle contract management
• Address student and sponsor queries
• Manage assigned students through CRM and scheduled engagements
• Resolve first-level student issues
• Support Student Representative Council (SRC) and class representatives
• Facilitate on-campus elections
• Coordinate student activities, events, clubs, and societies
• Support safeguarding processes and incident response
• Promote student wellness awareness and referrals
• Assist in operational planning and budget implementation

Qualifications

• Undergraduate qualification in Social Work, Education/Educational Psychology, Counselling (Diploma), Communication, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience
• Preferably experience as a student advisor within higher education or a professional development environment
