The role of Recruitment Officer at KPMG aims to coordinate and manage the delivery of world-class graduate services, ensuring KPMG recruits a diverse pool of graduate talent to meet its business needs. Reporting to the Graduate Recruitment Supervisor, the officer will be responsible for day-to-day operations, administration of graduate programs, and coordination of regional graduate recruitment activity. Key responsibilities include screening candidate applications for Audit and Advisory, inspecting applications received through HR ATS system, email, or CV drop-offs, communicating with successful and unsuccessful candidates, inviting successful candidates for assessments and interviews, and managing vacation work programs and job shadowing. The role requires good communication skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, excellent teamwork, computer literacy, proactivity, and a professional work ethic and integrity. Minimum requirements include 3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment roles, a graduate recruitment background, experience in internal/in-house recruitment, HR/relevant tertiary qualification, own transport, and willingness to travel.
