Description

A 12-month fixed-term internship offering two deserving graduates the opportunity to learn about the business and gain industry exposure within the IT department. The role involves providing PC and user support, including user account and mail administration, coordinating repairs and servicing of computer equipment, and delivering fast and efficient end-user support.

Responsibilities

• On-site and remote End-user Support (all applications and printers).
• PC Support (hardware, software, and connectivity).
• Coordinate repairs, servicing of computer equipment, and software maintenance.
• Documentation creation, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Virtual and physical Security.
• Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality Responsibilities (SHEQ).

Qualifications

• Education: National Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Systems or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Networking, Security, and Printers.
• Experience (Highly Regarded): Experience working within a Managed Services and 3rd-party Cloud Solution environment.
• Soft Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
• Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound/outbound call handling.
• Multi-tasker, "Can-Do" attitude, flexible, attention to detail, problem solver, customer-focused, team player with ability to work autonomously.
• License: Valid driver's licence.
