Description

As a Junior Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve using Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite to manage our social media presence and ensuring customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, primarily on Facebook, using Meta Business Suite.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms.
  • Use Hootsuite to schedule posts, track performance, and manage social media campaigns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Non-negotiable: National Senior Certificate. Preferred: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience (Non-Negotiable):
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite and MS Suite.
  • Experience using Facebook for customer service is highly beneficial.
