Deloitte is seeking a junior consultant to work across various departments and with clients of different sizes, types, and business segments within the private and public sectors. The role involves analyzing business processes to identify potential risks or bottlenecks in financial and operational processes, providing advisory for optimization purposes, and providing deep insights into existing and emerging risks through analytics and deployment of new technologies.
The candidate will perform comprehensive system and business reviews to provide practical recommendations to enhance governance, quality, and execution. They will also support clients with data-driven decision-making to identify areas for improvement and provide related recommendations to executive management and boards.
Qualifications for this role include a degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, artificial intelligence (AI), Physics, or similar with a focus on technology, economics, accounting, finance, and/or information management. Skills and experience relevant to all three profiles include a curious learning mentality, strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and curiosity and passion about data and technology.
