The position requires a fully completed degree in finance or environmental, being a South African citizen, and related experience. Successful applicants will be placed in Eskom Operations across divisions. Key competencies include leadership, teamwork, integrity, professionalism, customer focus, knowledge of Eskom's policies, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and liaising skills. Key responsibilities include being proactive, energetic, self-starter, and assertive. The incumbent will receive institutionalized and on-the-job training.
