Feeder Scheme bursaries – prepare bursars for successful careers in the organisation aligned with the company’s People Strategy (studying towards a 4-year degree, NQF8), core mining industry disciplines. After successful completion of studies, bursars will be included in the selection process for appointment into the company’s Professional-in-Training Programme.

Qualifications

• *Civil Engineering – students who will be in their 2nd year of study towards BEng Civil in 2025
• *Industrial Engineering - students who will be in their 2nd year of study towards BEng Industrial in 2025
• *Electrical Engineering -students who will be in their 2nd year of study towards BEng Electrical in 2025
• *Mechanical Engineering – students who will be in their 2nd or 3rd year of study towards BEng Mechanical in 2025
• *Metallurgical Engineering - students who will be in their 2nd or 4th/final year of study towards BEng Metallurgy 2025
• *Mining Engineering - students who will be in their 2nd and 4th/final year of study towards BSc Mining Engineering in 2025
• *Mine Surveying - students who will be in their 1st year of B Mine Surveying in 2025 and who are prepared to continue with Hons
