Description

The JDK Benefit Trust is offering bursaries for the 2025 academic year to support Black students who wish to pursue studies in the following fields: Accounting, Economics, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Logistics, Management Sciences, Marketing. The bursary aims to assist Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDI) by providing financial support for tertiary education at recognized institutions within South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Maintain satisfactory academic performance according to the requirements of the bursary programme
• Demonstrate self-motivation, passion, and drive in studies and related activities
• Represent the values of the JDK Benefit Trust through commitment to academic excellence and career development
• Regularly submit academic progress reports to the bursary administrator

Qualifications

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must identify as Black and a Previously Disadvantaged Individual (PDI)
• Age between 17 and 21 years
• Must have completed Matric or currently be in Matric
• Must be studying or planning to study towards a qualification in one of the specified fields
• Must attend a recognized tertiary institution in South Africa (University, Technikon, or College)
• Must be self-motivated, eager to succeed, passionate, and driven
