Our approach is focused on providing financial aid in the form of bursaries, with an emphasis on supporting women and students enrolled in renewable energy and STEM fields, aiming to bridge gender gaps and enhance the industry’s talent pool. This commitment not only promotes B-BBEE and gender equality but also contributes to the broader goals of economic development and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• • Provide financial assistance to cover tuition and education costs
• • Promote equal access, supporting Black and predominantly female students
• • Foster skills development for engineering, sciences, education, agriculture, and nursing
• • Support local communities with bursaries
• • Encourage STEM and gender equality, increasing women's presence in engineering and STEM fields

Qualifications

• Applicants in line with SPONSOR's transformation/ employment equity objectives and requirements
• Preference will be given to Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths (STEM) qualifications
