Key responsibilities include leading data workflow optimization, analyzing complex datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing data reporting frameworks, and guiding team members on data-driven best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of human data workflows, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance, operational health, and process improvements
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, clinical experts, and leadership, to align strategies and drive continuous improvement
• Develop data reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to enhance both clinical and operational processes

Qualifications

• Medical Degree or relevant medical background
