The Human Capital Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Human Capital (HC) strategy in alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives. The role ensures that Human Capital adds value by fostering compliance with labour legislation, embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles, and building employee relations capability across the business. This position reports directly to the Human Capital Executive and partners closely with senior management to deliver on organisational goals

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to execute the Human Capital strategy
• Embed DEI values into daily business culture through execution of the DEI strategy
• Define, lead, and manage Employment Equity (EE) imperatives in line with group EE strategy
• Prepare and submit HC reports, metrics, and statutory submissions (EE), as well as inputs for integrated reports
• Facilitate EE consultations, forums, and prepare EEA-compliant annual reports
• Collaborate with the Department of Labour on compliance, inspections, and reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (Essential)
