Responsibilities

• Optimise and extend Zoho CRM, Desk, and related environments
• Integrate Augos SaaS platform data into Zoho for automation and intelligence
• Maintain and improve customer-facing interaction hub
• Drive automation to reduce manual work
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, commercial, and support teams

Qualifications

• Strong experience in React and Next
• js
• Proficient in JavaScript (modular UI and complex logic)
• Confident with REST APIs and JSON
• Experience with Git
