Description

The SAPOA Bursary Fund is a program that supports South Africans from employment-equity groups to launch careers in the property and built-environment sector. The program covers full university tuition, accredited accommodation, prescribed textbooks, structured mentoring, and tutoring. Eligibility requirements include South African citizens aged 18-35 in 2025, 2025 matriculants, and those intending to study one of the SAPOA-funded programs. Document submission instructions include proof of income, ID, matric results, and a motivational letter for the 2026 application.

Responsibilities

• Submit progress reports, results, and feedback to SAPOA when requested
• Participate actively in the structured tutoring and mentorship programme offered by SAPOA
• Use bursary funds responsibly for tuition, accommodation, and prescribed textbooks
• Represent SAPOA professionally and positively as a bursary ambassador
• Uphold values of integrity, accountability, and commitment to contributing to South Africa’s property and built-environment sector

Qualifications

• Must have obtained or be working towards Matric results that meet admission requirements for the following undergraduate programmes in 2026
• BCom Property Valuation & Management
• BSc Architectural Studies
• BSc Construction Studies
• BSc Property Studies
• BSc Quantity Surveying
• BSc Real Estate
