Responsibilities

• Test Automation Development: Design, build, and execute reusable automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing
• Collaboration: Work closely with QA Leads, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners to define and implement automation strategies
• Agile Participation: Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimations, and retrospectives
• Quality Assurance: Identify, log, and manage defects; perform root cause analysis; ensure regression test coverage
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance automation frameworks and testing processes for scalability and efficiency
• Mentorship: Guide and support junior test engineers in improving their technical testing skills
• Reporting: Provide daily test progress updates and participate in sprint showcases
• Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements relevant to test automation
