The role of Graduate Recruiter involves attracting graduates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions while building effective relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs. Responsibilities include designing attraction strategies for sourcing high-caliber young talent, establishing and maintaining relationships with university key players, and managing the full recruitment cycle. This role requires continuous improvement of recruitment processes, coordinating and facilitating University Career Fairs, shortlisting CVs, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and attending interviews with hiring managers. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain and manage the recruitment database, ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates at all stages, and prepare weekly recruitment reports. The minimum requirements for this role include a related degree, high proficiency in MS Office 365 (including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Word), and at least two years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in recruitment within the financial services industry is advantageous.
